hexy.games aims at being a friendly community of hexagonal games' players. As a result, the users are asked to behave accordingly while playing and interacting with others. There should be no abusive language, personal attacks, threats, or any other unkind behavior. Any examples of such activities will not be tolerated and, once recognised, will result in an account being deleted.
The users should not receive any outside assistance (neither from another player, nor from computer engines) to evaluate the position in their ongoing games except for situations when their opponent has agreed on such an assistance. In that case, the game where any player is being helped should not be rated.
The user should have only one hexy.games account. Every account should be managed and used by only one person.

By registering or authenticating, the user allows hexy.games to identify him/her and give him/her access to dedicated services. The service
hexy.games is an online application that enables people around the globe to enjoy playing abstract strategy hexagonal games as well as to meet other fellow players. The service does not require any payments from its users. hexy.games reserves the right to discontinue or modify its services with or without notice, at any time. The user agrees that hexy.games will not be liable to him/her or anyone for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of its services.
Registration
In order to be permitted to take advantage of all possibilities of hexy.games (especially to be able to play a game), the user has to sign up (register) to the service. This requires providing an unique username, a password and an e-mail address which may be used to verify the account and to recover the forgotten password.
Minors and children
Parents or guardians of children under the age of 13 who wish to allow their children access hexy.games should create an account that is maintained by a legal guardian of at least 18 years old and monitor the child's usage. By allowing a child access to your account, you also give your child permission to access all areas of the service.
Termination

User conduct
By using hexy.games, the user agrees not to:
- publish any content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, threating, harassing, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit
- advertise in any way any particular product, political party, religion
- impersonate a hexy.games representative or falsely state an affiliation with him/her
- publish any content that the user does not have a right to publish
- publish any content that contains personal information of anyone else without their permission
- publish any content that may result in being infected by any other malicious computer code
- disturb other users
- access, tamper or use non-public areas of hexy.games (its computer systems, network systems etc.)
- probe, scan or search for the vulnerabilities of any system or network of the service
- use any robot or automatic device (aka spiders, crawlers) to retrieve, index, reproduce or copy the data available in the service
- manipulate HTML requests sent to hexy.games
- violate any law (local or international) by using the service
- reproduce, copy, trade or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the hexy.games service
User content
hexy.games does not claim ownership of any content submitted by its users. hexy.games is also not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the content submitted by its users.
